Lubrication Oil Pump Performance and Endurance Test Rig

The test rig is a production line test system to test the oil pump of a 700 HP Industrial disel engine. The performance characteristics of the pump are mapped between Speed, Pressure and Flowrate. The test oil is maintained at 105°C. The pump is a semi-submerged pump and hence the rig has the capacity to test the pump in immersed condition. The pump has a capacity to pump 600 LPM.

Continuously Variable Transmission Test Rig

The continuously variable transmission forms the critical component in the power train of high end gearless two wheelers. It is a complex device which selects the transmission ratio depending on the engine speed and power requirement. The test rig is a research and development test stand. It simulates the engine curves on the drive end and simulates the road load on the driven end. Studying the CVT in the vehicle is a very difficult task and this rig creates a predictable and repeatable bench to study the CVT.

Water Pump Performance and Endurance Test Rig

The test rig is a production line test system to test the water pump of a 700 HP Industrial diesel engine. The performance characteristics of the pump are mapped between Speed, Head and Flowrate. The water is maintained at 120°C in a pressure tank. The pump has a capacity to pump 1500 LPM.

Automatic Slack Adjustors Test Rig

Automatic slack adjustors remove the slack in a brake system cable so that the driver gets a consistent response from the braking system. This rig is a production line test rig which checks the performance and other parameters of a slack adjustor like clutch release force, control arm movement torque, forward torque and reverse torque.
