The test rig is a production line test system to test the oil pump of a 700 HP Industrial disel engine. The performance characteristics of the pump are mapped between Speed, Pressure and Flowrate. The test oil is maintained at 105°C. The pump is a semi-submerged pump and hence the rig has the capacity to test the pump in immersed condition. The pump has a capacity to pump 600 LPM.
