The Computerized Handheld Wheel Spin Test Rig is a precision system designed to evaluate frictional losses of vehicle wheel axles.
It enables torque, rotational speed, and inertia testing with full data acquisition through NI DAQ software and a handheld motorized test gun.
Compact, lightweight rig for wheel spin and friction testing on vehicle axles.
Operated using a brushless motor gun (3000 RPM, geared 100:1 to 30 RPM output).
Rotation control via trigger switch — supports both clockwise and counterclockwise operation.
Speed variation by integrated snap action switches on the gun.
Real-time speed and torque displayed on the TWIX2 indicator.
Place the rig on a flat surface with sufficient rotation clearance.
Check for damage or loose components before power-up.
Connect 230 V AC single-phase power with proper earthing.
Turn ON main MCB, then MAINS ON switch.
Ensure all electrical panels are OFF before servicing.
