The system simulates real-world rotational speeds up to 5000 RPM with advanced vibration and temperature monitoring, ensuring precision testing for R&D and production validation.

Machine Description

  • Main Components: Drive shaft, clutch adaptor, dowel & tension pins

  • Control Panel: PLC-based panel with user interface, indicators, relays, and MCBs

  • Hydraulic System: Gear pump, oil cooler, and circulating system for clutch lubrication

  • Software: Dedicated PPE Test Software for test scheduling, automation, and report generation


Operation Procedure

  1. Pre-Start Checks:

    • Verify air supply (7 bar) and electrical connections

    • Ensure emergency stop is released and guards are in place

  2. Power ON Sequence:

    • Turn ON Mains → CPU → Drive → Heater → Circulation Pump

  3. Test Setup:

    • Create or select test schedule (Cold or Hot)

    • Enter model, test number, description, speed, temperature, and duration

  4. Test Run:

    • Start cycle and monitor RPM, vibration (< 2 mm/s), and temperature

    • For Hot Tests, pre-heat clutch before spin run

  5. Report Generation:

    • Automatic numerical, graphical, and raw data reports in PDF format
